What's in The News Today

Nepal plane crashes carrying tourist. A plane carrying 18 people to view Mount Everest crashed during landing. The plane hit a roof of a house in the village breaking into several pieces and killing all aboard the aircraft: 10 Indians, 2 Americans, 1 Japanese. The plane belong to Buddha Air and carrying 3 Nepalese passengers and 3 crew members when it crashed in Bisankunarayan village and was returning to Katmandu.

The two American hikers will land in the United  States today from Iran. The hikers were in jail for two years in Iran and recently sentenced to eight years. A deal was made and a $1 million was paid for their release. They were arrested in 2009 for espionage.

More recalls on food. This time it has made it to schools. A Texas company has recalled 40,000 pounds of frozen beef products. These were distributed to Georgia schools and are contaminated  with E-coli bacteria. There has been no reports of illness. Signs of E-coli contaminate: bloody diarrhea, dehydration, kidney failure and in extreme cases death.
