Lack of pilot training is blamed for the crash of the Air France 447 that occurred two years ago.The recorder of the flight was pulled out of the water and revealed that pilot error was the cause of the crash.  The autopilot and autothrust disengaged and that left the pilots to fly the plane. The plane began to roll to the right, which the plot lifted the nose up of the plane and the stall light when on. To prevent a stall the nose of the plane should point down. This is not the only flight that pilots were not sure what to do and technology has been blamed, due to advancement.  Pilots have relied heavily on technology to fly.

Airport safety inspectors nationwide are working without pay. Due, to the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) budget crisis. The inspectors are in charge of regular checks of the runways, navigation aids at a dozen of airports. An inspector may travel to 5 different airports in two weeks costing thousands of dollars in hotel expenses and airline tickets. The FAA needs to put a cap on the spending of the credit cards they use for expense accounts.  The inspectors are part of the 4, 000 FAA employees furloughed since July 22, after congress refused to authorize spending, which is also extended to construction projects. Leaving many construction workers out of work.  FAA is also forbidden to charge tax on airline tickets at this time, which is estimated to cost the FAA $200 million a week. Many airlines are charging more for tickets to make up for the lack of taxes. The shutdown is expected to last until after Labor Day.

Colon cleansing may be more damaging than beneficial. Doctors at the Mayo Clinic are not big fans of the cleansing. The claims that the cleansing aids in loosing weight have not been proven. Some cleansing products can cause serious side effects: cramping, bloating nausea, vomiting, electrolyte imbalance and renal failure. Some of the ingredients are toxic and even caused aplastic anaemia and liver toxicity. Spas that perform the cleansing many have no experience and can puncture an organ.

The driver posted his video on YouTube and is receiving a lot of slack for not pulling over so the snake can slither off. Instead the snake eventually slithered off the car while the car was still moving.
