Inspirational Friday

Poodle saves a teenager from a fire in Utah. A woman and her two children escaped the fire and unaware of anyone else in the house. The house was burning and firefighters went to save "Ted" a toy poodle, but he wouldn't allow them to catch him. He ran to the basement door and hoped for firefighters to follow and they did. Ted lead them downstairs and a 19-year-old boy was sleeping. Ted was able to save the boy and the basement was completely filled with smoke.

In Camaguey, Cuba a dog "Yeti" adopts piglets as her own. The Cuban farm dog had a litter of her own, but a liter of 14 swine decided to be part of her liter. The piglets still take milk from their mother, but when they see "Yeti" they run to her for a meal. Yeti does not seem to mind and treats them as if they are her own.

A woman finds a wallet and turns it in. A 30 year-old woman from Ohio found a wallet in a shopping cart outside of Bed Bath and Beyond. When she looked inside she found $4,600, credit cards and a driver's license. She turned in the wallet to the police station and they contacted the owner and he was thrilled. He also a gave her a cash reward, but she stated that it "was not necessary and she just wanted to do the right thing and that is what god would want her to do."
