A new drug is out causing havoc on society called "White Lightening," "Ivory Wave," and "Hurricane Charlie." They are called 'bath salts' and they are snorted, injected and smoked.  The high off the salts create hallucinations, paranoia, rapid heart and suicidal thoughts. The chemicals in the product are sold in convenience stores and on the Internet as bath salts and plant food. Louisiana has banned the selling of the salts after 125 calls to the poison control center relating to the chemicals. One man slashed his face and stomach after getting high off the bath salts. Another man slashed his throat and shot himself, which lead to death.
The parent ingredient is grown in Africa. A small packet cost only $20.00.
