What's in The News Today

Donald Trump would cut gas prices if he became president by threatening the Middle East and use the U.S. military as the bargaining pawns.  He states that he would  "go to the bargaining table with  the diplomats of the Middle East  and start bartering with the oil prices verses the free support that our military is providing to them currently, and if all else fails he would just take over the oil fields."  He also states that "a live birth is different from a birth certificate" this is regarding President Obama's live birth proof of U.S. citizenship. I have included a link to provide my viewers the opportunity to compare the differences of the two. http://www.ehow.com/about_5682636_certificate-vs_-certification-live-birth.html

More dead fish found in Ventura, California, due to the lack of oxygen in the water. Hundreds of fish, mostly sardines and anchovies found in Ventura, CA, Harbor. There has been a lot of baitfish in the harbor and when the sardines and anchovies came in there was not a lot of oxygen in the water to go around for all the fish. There will be a small clean up and the rest will be done by the pelicans and sea lions who will eat most of the dead fish.

Another traffic controller gets caught not doing his job, but this time it was due to watching a movie. The air traffic controller was watching a movie instead of the planes while on duty Sunday morning at  Oberlin, Ohio, close to Cleveland, which handles a lot of air traffic. The microphone of the movie  "Cleaner" staring Samuel Jackson was transmitted to all the planes that the controller was suppose to monitor for three minutes. The microphone was stuck on transmit mode, which prevented the controller to receive incoming radio calls from the pilots. The controller and manger were both suspended by
the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).  This was the ninth suspension of air traffic controllers since late March, 2011.
