What's in The News Today

A fifteen-year-old girl found in connection with the four disabled people that were kept in a dungeon in Philadelphia. Benita Rodriguez was missing since July 4th in Palm Beach, Florida. She was last seen with one of the suspects that is connected to the imprisonment of  four mentally disabled people who were found chained in a basement
 over the weekend.

The swap of prisoners between Israel and Palestinian. Israel agreed to release 1,027 prisoners for the exchange of one prisoner sergeant Gilad Shalit who has been held since 2006 by militants in Gaza. Shalit was 19 at the time and now 25. The exchange is to occur Tuesday morning.

Hilary Clinton gave $11 million in aid to Libya.  The Obama administration gives U.S. support to Libya's new leaders. Hilary made an unannounced visit to Tripoli with the aid, which includes medical care for wounded soldiers, assistance to secure weapons that can cause mass destruction if it gets into hands of terrorist.
