What's in The News Today

Baby Lisa Irwin is still missing causes for the National Guard to get involved. Missouri National guard became involved for the search for baby Lisa Irwin who went missing in October. Lisa is 11-months-old and was taken from her crib. She was put to sleep at 10:30 p.m. on October 4th by her mother and when her father returned from working a night shift she was gone. On Saturday the police searched an abandoned house near the home of baby Lisa. They did find used diapers and baby wipes, but they don't think it is connected to Lisa.

A dead newborn found on a Carnival Cruise. A 20 year-old was questioned, after a dead newborn was found in a her cabin. Authorities in St. Maarten detained the 20-year-old and an FBI team was called in on the case.  There has been no arrest and questioning is still occurring.

Mentally disabled people were found chained in a basement in Philadelphia. Three people were arrested for chaining 4 disabled people and stealing their Social Security checks. The three people were arrested after a janitor found two men ages 31, one 35 and a woman 29 years-old. The janitor released the four people and called the police. Authorities believed that they were in a tiny room for least a week and suffered from bed sores and other injuries that they couldn't describe. The suspects are two men 51, 41 and a woman 50 years-old. Police stated that "they will charge them with everything they can find"  and the FBI is also investigating human trafficking allegations.
