The water is rising quite quickly and the river is also carrying along with it poisonous snakes. Water Moccasins are dangerous snakes that carry a lot of venom and have no fear of humans. These snakes are abundant in the flooded areas residents must be very careful when they are in the water and they need to make a conscious effort not to come in contact with these snakes.
