What's in The News Today

Former coach Jerry Sandusky accused of sexual charges at Penn State university. Penn Athletic Director Timothy Curley and Gary Schultz universitys' senior vice president  face charges for concealing information regarding the sexual abuse by Sandusky. They both stepped down from their positions this weekend. They both were aware of the sexual abuse by Sandusky on young boys for tens years. The sexual abuse consist of oral and anal sex. An eyewitness reported the sexual abuse of a boy as young as 10-years-old and nothing was done about it, but instead banned Sandusky having young boys in the building. Sandusky was the one that the eyewitness identified and was sexually assaulting the boy in the shower. Eight boys have come forward and their ages range from 8 to 14 through the years of 1994-2009.

A dead man found at a frat house at UCLA, Los Angeles. In fraternity house "Theta Chi" a 18 year-old man is found dead and he is not a student at UCLA. He is a Manhattan Beach resident "Glen Parrish"  he was found dead  at the house. The death could have been an overdose, but not ruling out homicide.

Bad weather has stranded hundreds in the town of Kathmandu, Nepal near Mt. Everest. More than 2,200 tourist have been stranded in the village of Lukia with limited food supplies since last week. The tourists left on Monday and it took 48 flights and helicopters and at least 500 trekkers.
