What's in The News Today

A 11-year-old boy gets trapped in the sand in Michigan. Nicholas Nelson was with his older brother Kyle Rininger and they were in separate sand holes when the sand hill caved in on Nelson.  His brother tried to dig him out and he couldn't, he called 911, and then ran home to get his parents. The fire department arrived within minutes. Nelson was trapped for 30 minutes before the fire department was able to rescue him. There was an air pocket surrounding Nelson that saved his life. He was taken to the hospital and stayed over night and was released the following day. His mother said "it was a miracle and thanked everyone who came to her son's rescue."
