Is there a Cat burglar in your neighbor? Well there is one in San Mateo, California, it became apparent two years ago when Dusty a cat began stealing from his neighborhood. It started with a glove and has increased to bathing suits, towels, pool toys, baseball mitts, etc. Watch the video and catch the prowler in action.
