RFK fights with nurses in a Westchester hospital in New York. The son of Robert F. Kennedy fought with a nurse while trying to carry his newborn son out of the maternity ward. One of the nurses said that "he twisted her arm and another said that he kicked her in the pelvis." Kennedy and his wife stated that "the allegations were absurd." He is facing child endangerment charges and other charges.

Gas prices are on the rise again. Gas prices in New York and California averaging prices of $4.00 per gallon. While Hawaii are $4.25 per gallon. Experts are predicting that U.S. will hit a new record by Memorial Day. The previous high was in the summer of 2008 with $4.11 per gallon.

President Obama does not have a quick fix for inflated gas prices. He stated "there is no silver bullet that will bring down gas prices or our dependance on foreign oil overnight." He also stated " that the U.S. should seek alternative energy sources and to reduce consumption of traditional fuels."
