What's in The News Today

Chat Me More has been following the Amanda Knox story and also read the book. Great news the DNA that was use to convict her was contaminated. This is what the Italian prosecutors based their findings on. Amanda was accused of killing her roommate, while studying abroad in Perugia, Italy. This is Amanda's second appeal and she has been in jail since 2009 and was sentenced to 26 years in an Italian jail. This story is fascinating and parents you must read the story before you send your children abroad. Do know the juridical system where you send your children. More chaos in the streets of Athens, Greece, due to tax hikes and Greece runs out of money in July.
This would cause Greece to default on its large sovereign debt. If the new austerity bill is not signed then the government won't hand over an installment bailout loans in the amount of $17 billion. European leaders and the International Monetary Funds has already loaned Greece $150 billion dollars. Many of Greeks have stated that "previous austerity bills have been signed and there was no change and has impoverished the people of Greece and debts were not paid."

Iran has been testing missiles and possibly can be used as a nuclear weapon. Iran states that "they should have the right to have peaceful nuclear energy." Iran's development of nuclear fuel technology has created U. N. sanctions and the United States accused Iran of making nuclear weapons. Iran feels that they have the right to make peaceful nuclear fuel. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) cannot verify whether Iran's nuclear program is entirely peaceful.
